Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and Theraswift Ltd, a software company based in Lagos, Nigeria. By using our website, applications, WhatsApp experience, or Aanu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Theraswift builds software that helps people understand medication information, organise medication records and reminders, understand prescriptions, and find an appropriate next step. Aanu provides general medication information and may route uncertain, high-risk, or prescription-related requests for human review.

Theraswift does not operate a pharmacy or laboratory and does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, or deliver medicines. Aanu is not a doctor, pharmacist, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical care.

Where available, the service may help you send a request to an independent licensed pharmacy partner. The partner—not Theraswift—validates prescriptions, confirms availability and price, dispenses medicine, takes or confirms payment, and arranges delivery. A partner may decline a request when it cannot safely or lawfully fulfil it.

Any medicine sale or fulfilment is between you and the relevant partner and may also be governed by that partner's terms, refund policy, professional duties, and applicable law.

Information from Aanu is educational and may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not use it to start, stop, or change a medicine without advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Always check medicine labels and the instructions supplied by your prescriber or dispensing pharmacist.

Aanu is not emergency care. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call Nigeria's emergency number 112 or go to the nearest emergency facility immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, protect your credentials, and notify us promptly at support@theraswift.co if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription and review by the independent licensed pharmacy partner. Uploading a prescription does not guarantee acceptance, availability, price, or delivery. Do not submit altered prescriptions or use the service to obtain controlled substances unlawfully.

Prices, availability, delivery fees, and delivery estimates are confirmed by the fulfilling partner. Unless we expressly identify Theraswift as the seller of a separate software service, payment for medicines is made to or for the relevant partner. Questions about a medicine order, charge, return, or refund should first be directed to that partner; you may also contact support@theraswift.co for routing help.

You must not:

• Use the service to obtain medicines unlawfully or misrepresent your identity or health information.
• Attempt to compromise, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• Use the service to harm another person or create false or misleading medical content.
• Upload content you do not have the right to share.

The service may be changed, suspended, or unavailable from time to time. We may update these terms and will post the revised date here. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Theraswift's software, Aanu experience, brand, and original content belong to Theraswift Ltd or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or that every answer will be complete or error-free. Theraswift is not responsible for the independent clinical, dispensing, pricing, payment, or delivery decisions of pharmacy partners.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, Theraswift will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts with jurisdiction in Lagos State will hear disputes, unless applicable law requires another forum.
